By meeting the goals of our clients, we create trusted relationships rather than customers. This philosophy of trust, client-building and long-term relationships, is the backbone of AMF and it team members.

Brian Cawthon joined AMF Capital in July 2016.
Mr. Cawthon began his position with AMF Capital as an analyst after interning with the team in 2014-2015. Tim Steele, AMF Capital
Starting in the industry as a teller at Wells Fargo, I looked for a more challenging position in the business.
In 2005 I accepted a role as a processing and closing director for a small commercial mortgage brokerage firm in Portland Or.
As the market moved, I moved with it. I accepted a position at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, a nationally recognized real estate mortgage brokerage firm, and continued my role in the industry as a processor and closer of commercial real estate loans.
In 2011 I accepted a position at a National and Global banking firm as an originating Business banking officer. As my market and knowledge grew, I moved over to a more competitive group at Bank of the West and evolved into a brokerage position with a start up division at a local community bank before landing my role at AMF Capital in Portland Or.
As an independent Broker with AMF Capital, my knowledge and experience lends itself to a more solution driven business model. The entrepreneurial spirit with in drives me to achieve the goals established by my clients and allows my desire to deliver them the objectives they seek, versus the goals of an institution.
